Amanda Baloyi is a business speaker and strategist with a keen interest in Corporate Finance & Investments, Financial Analysis, Data Science & Analytics, and Business Leadership.

She holds a BCom Degree in Finance and Economics, certificates in Banking and Data Science, and is currently a Post Graduate Investment Management student. Her work experience kick-started as a professional banker and innovation champion at Standard Bank, to co-founding and co-directing her company, Parexcellence (Pty) Ltd. She has over 10 years of experience in the property industry and is the Head: Property Developer at MGC (Pty) Ltd. She is an Accredited Facilitator and Assessor for business training and coaching.

Amanda has developed leadership development programmes for various companies such as Coca-Cola and DSM Pharmaceuticals and has worked with the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) to train entrepreneurs in business development, marketing and customer acquisition and retention.

Amanda has hosted shows on Massive Metro and HomeGrown Radio on Financial Wellness and Wealth Creation. She is the creator and facilitator of the Financial Game-Changer Programme.
